Task #1: Creating an innovative platform for Russian market of B2B commerce in the fashion industry.

The big slider adorns Homepage, that shows main idea of the website. 

All site developed with the nowaday tendentious in fashion and style. The color schema is black and white, it's make the website more business oriented.

However, the main customer of these innovative services are suppliers and buyer.

Task #2: Develop and provide marketing innovative solution for ProFashion.

Challenge:

Prior to using the ExactTarget Marketing Cloud's suite of products, BrandsHub was sending event-triggered emails that lacked personalization and tracking capabilities. The company also sent general newsletter-type email blasts that generated ongoing unsubscribes and spam complaints. The marketing team had difficulty gauging subscriber engagement and what kinds of content resonated.

BrandsHub sought a better way to target and track communications with its B2C and B2B audiences.

Solution:

Switching to the ExactTarget Marketing Cloud enabled BrandsHub to bring all communications, marketing campaigns, and event-triggered emails together into a holistic, targeted program.

At any given time, BrandsHub has nearly 100 automated campaigns running for B2C and B2B subscribers, using advanced segmentation and personalization, as well as a CRM integration. From welcome programs to winback campaigns, BrandsHub's emails now center around providing subscribers with the most relevant information at the right time.

Results:

B2C results include:

  • 16x increase in average email click-through rate
  • 5x growth in web traffic

B2B results include:

  • 130% increase in number of leads and 104% increase in sales from personalized B2B emails

The Omnic company undertook a comprehensive analysis of Saks85 business processes, identified needs of the target audience and analyze the factors that have a significant effect on the conversion: the behavior of users on the site, attracting channels, scripts shopping, search and selection of products.

Based on retrieved data was developed ideological concept of an online store and a strategy for its development, which will ensure maximum conversion.

Developed a unique design online store at the same time easy way in use has remained at the highest level.

The main page shows the main categories of products, promotions, brands and new products.

Card of goods describes the features of the goods, there is nothing superfluous. Only high-quality pictures and "tasty" description.

Challenge:

  • Phone surveys, online surveys, and email surveys had very low response rates for ProFashion
  • ProFashion needed a way to retrieve better response rates and higher quality feedback through its Net Promoter Score Program
  • ProFashion ties employee bonuses to feedback from its Net Promoter Score, so it is vital to retrieve large amounts of quality feedback from customers

Solution:

  • Using MobileConnect from the ExactTarget Marketing Cloud, ProFashion is able to send personalized SMS messages allowing customers to provide feedback right through their mobile phones.
  • ProFashion uses the ExactTarget Marketing Cloud to link this information to the rest of its customer data in order to understand the impact the feedback has on the business. This knowledge allows ProFashion to balance customer needs with company ones.
  • In the future, ProFashion has aspirations to use the ExactTarget Marketing Cloud to retrieve feedback on television content in real-time as customers consume the content.

YouDo developed a strategy to connect with customers and build relationships through new touch points using email and mobile. YouDo worked closely with the Services team at the ExactTarget Marketing Cloud to help revamp its lifecycle campaign email.

45-day Lifecycle Campaign

A multi-faceted 45-day trigger program for email creates high-value interactions with the YouDo audience, delivering content they need at exactly the right time along the journey. Starting with a welcome email, YouDo invites subscribers to opt in to receive email or SMS communications, including property listings that meet their criteria, and invitations to see the properties they’re interested in.

When a customer visits YouDo and submits a lead to a specific property, a welcome email is triggered and the potential client is plugged into a 45-day lifecycle campaign.

Day 1 – Welcome email with various calls to action

Days 1-10 – The customer receives various services based on chosen criteria

Day 20 – Check-in email from YouDo
